Nothing: For most women, once they place the NuvaRing in the vagina, there is no sensation. It is small and soft, so the pressure from it in the upper vagina is quite gentle. When you place the NuvaRing and push it up as high as it will go with your finger you can feel pressure, but as soon as you stop pushing that sensation will go away.
