Soon: You could conceive the next time you ovulate and that could potentially be within a few days of your surgery. However, usually the recommendation is to abstain for 7 to 10 days after gynecologic laparoscopy.

The same night: Unless you are infertile, anytime you have unprotected sex you may become pregant. Many of the diseases that laparoscpy might be used to detect could cause infertility ... But laparoscopy by itself should not influence your fertility. So you could become pregnant immediately afterward.
