Get a thorough exam: You are taking a lot of medications. Look at life style and use diet and exercise to overcome constipation and back pain if possible. Eat 6 healthy meals a day and you shouldn't need nadalol. Avoid dairy, most grains and sugar (quinoa is ok ) to prevent growth of inflammatory bacteria in GI tract. Check vit d and ferritin level. Topical magnesium oil can be helpful for back pain. De-stress.
