Unlikely: If you know your fallopian tubes are blocked -probably from a dye/radiology procedure - that is a bad sign. This can be from many different causes, but I am not aware of a way to unblock them. Under the microscope, on cross section, the fallopian tubes look like a maze game (very convoluted insides with a ton of surface area). These areas have become scarred closed. You may need artificial means..
