Wt. bearing exercise: Young women have an opportunity to build healthy bone mass by weight bearing exercise, and adequate vitamin d and calcium intake. Exercises such as walking or jogging are the prime examples.

You are doing it.: If you are working out in a gym, you are doing it. In general, weight lifting and impact excercises are better than swimming, cycling.
