VIstaril (hydroxyzine): Sounds like there is more to this than taking some vistaril (hydroxyzine) and all will be well. I would recommend that you give your counselor or psychologist/psychiatrist a call since it appears to be an anxiety, depression or anger issue that dialog might be of assistance.
