Hard to tell why i have this tiny transparent round spot in my mouth just around my lip & when it bursts it's got a salt sweet taste happening often?

Mucocele?: It sounds like it is a mucocele, which is the result of a blocked minor salivary gland duct. Some fluid accumulates in what appears to be a small round bubble-like sac. You can pop it with a sterile pin or needle or see if it just goes away on its own. To be sure that is what it actually is, have your dentist take a look at it. Google it for more information.
