Should check it out: It is difficult to tell what you have due to limited information--duration of pain, fever, treatment/otc use so far etc...But your symptoms seem quite severe and should get it checked out asap. Pelvic inflammatory disease, salpingitis, tubo-ovarian abscess, colitis, kidney infection or stones are few possibilties. Good luck to you.
