Abdomen pain?: Depending upon your medical/surgical history you might need an abdomen ct scan to see us you have a vascular disease of the descending aorta or kidney pathology. If the abdomeb ct scan is normal then if you are physically active thus could be abdomen/ribcage strain. It is important to rule out the abdomen diseases before treating this as a strained muscle.
