I need to taper down off my topamax (topiramate). how much can i reduce at a time? im currently taking 100mg and its giving me terrible headaches.

25% per week.: You are not on a high does so reducing 25mg per week each week for three weeks would do well. Then alternate 25mg per day every other day for the next two weeks and you should easily wean.
