MRI: An arthrogram for the knee is not commonly ordered and not extremely accurate in evaluating intra-articular pathology. Mri's provide much better detail than arthrogram.

? arthrogram or MRI : No test is perfect talk to your orthopedic surgeon kind of unusual to do regular arthrogram as opposed to MRI or even mri-arthrogram? Not all problems or all pain can be seen on tests.
