My son (5 m/o baby) is diagnosed with pneumonia necrotizing, and had x-ray and ct scan. seems that there's bullae on bottom left lung. is that true that we need to do a surgery to remove that bullae?

Hello, last year Feb I got covid pneumonia and PE. My X-rays do show I have damage to the lungs. Ive had a Ct scan + lung function test. Waiting on results. But ust found out I got covid again. Is it high chance Ill get PE/pneumonia again? Thanks?
