Vit D & Muscle: Start by supplementing vitamin d at 2000 iu daily and increasing muscle mass through weight training. I would check my testosterone in 3 months and see iif it is improved. To increase muscle mass, an individual needs at least 1 g protein per kilogram of lean mass - shooting for 70 g or greater daily. If this does not improve your levels to normal, t supplementation may be needed.

Is it needed?: Testosterone replacement with prescrition medication will raise testoetrone levels. There are topical gels as well as injectable forms. Your physician will first determien if you need testosterone replacement - based on symptoms and laboratory testing. You should not use testosterne replacement if your levels are normal.

Hypogonadism: You may be able to increase your testosterone production/level with increased physical activity/exertion. Exogenous testosterone may temporarily increase your testosterone level, but in the long term negative feedback supression will decrease you natural testosterone production. It would be best for you to rely on your native testosterone if it is confirmed to be within the normaql range........
