I'm on day 7 of influenza b. my temp has been below 100 for 24hours, but i'm still slightly achy. am i still contagious?

No: You are likely having residual symptoms; cdc says that you are no longer contagious after 7 days or greater than 24 hours after the last fever, whichever is longer (and you fulfill both criteria now).
