I'm 2 weeks post partial meniscectomy and have some swelling and lots of tenderness beneath my knee. icing isn't helping a lot. would massage help?

Possibly: Possibly, but you're only two weeks out. I'd give it for to six weeks four you to get considerable recovery. Your scars will be very sore for some time.

Decrease pain : If you like the massage, it will help. However, if the massage is painful to you, the muscles are too tight and you should not have aggressive massage since it can exacerbate your pain. Please see a family dr. And he can refer you to physical therapy.
