Answer: In the absence of any significant medical problems, palpitations are usually caused by adrenaline overload in your body. Avoid other potential adrenaline sources (caffeine, Sudafed, etc), and take nonmedical steps to increase your anger threshold (exercise, healthy diet, meditation) and change your responses to challenging situations (I recommend the Sedona Method which you could Google)
