Time for evaluation: You could have hormonal problem from what you are describing. There could be issues with prolactin or cortisol hormone. At this point, it's very appropriate to see your physician for an evaluation and referrals as needed. Good luck.

Get checked.: Agree completely with Dr. Nguyen. Galactorrhea (milk from breasts) when not pregnant or post-partum, combined with fatigue, weight gain and abnormal hair growth does sound like a hormonal issue. You can start with your regular physician to start your work up. Depending on findings, an endocrinological evaluation may be in order.
