No: It is usually safe to exercise with that. As a rule of thumb while exercising you should discontinue exercise, sit down and rest if you start to feel lightheaded, chest pain, nauseous or get very short of breath!

Exercise: The exercise is likely to help with the weight and maybe with the psychosomatic state. Just work yourself slowly into shape and don't push too hard too fast.
