Yes,but: Warfarin interacts with almost every other drug. Your dosage has to be adjusted when you take viagra (sildenafil). It might be easier to take Pradaxa or xarelto which do not require the same level of monitoring. Discuss with your doctor.

Yes.: Taking a standard dose of viagra (sildenafil) with warfarin will not pose a problem. If you took it daily for pulmonary hypertension, you would need to adjust your warfarin dose!
