No: There is no way, other than testing an embryo before plantation (which is widely considered unethical), to assure that a pregnancy will result in either a boy or girl. The most important thing is to have a child that you love.

If you adopt !!!: All other methods do not have such numbers. If you are not willing to accept what you get, don't plan a pregnancy. There are many kids in foster care that would love a chance to be part of a family.
