Cardio Mix: Are you asking about the best way to lose wt, specifically around the abdomen? - the best way(s) to lose is cardio & a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same ex or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up w/running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume. However, if want to build ab muscles concentrate on core ex.
