Lesions on Penis: It may be wise to have a skin or medical expert look at this spot to either reassure you or to diagnose and then treat this problem. It may just be coincidentally that this lesion was noticeable at some point after your experience at the massage parlor. My fist thought without seeing the lesion is that this very well may be a wart and thus could be easily treated.

Not likely: The type of contact and interacton you had is not likely to cause the lesion described. You better see yyour doctor and let him examine you and determine what type of lesion it is.
