PCO syndrome ?: Pco syndrome is a condition where the capsule of the ovary is thickened preventing ovulation and causing amenorrhea. This is associated with a higher level of testosterone in some instances and is usually diagnosed with a greater than 2 to 1 ratio of fsh : lh measurements in the blood.
