Irregular menses: Irregular menses are very common in young women whether change in duration, frequency or flow. Usually flow is affected by frequency b/c if you're late, more lining is building up & thus has to come out eventually. That's why current flow is greater. Ibuprofen & Naproxen (use one or other but not both) are great pain relievers for menstrual cramps. Go to er if lightheaded, weak, faint or dizzy etc.
