Yes, but why?: It's safe, but why would you want to take it? Sugar actually has very few calories, and you shouldn't try to lose weight during pregnancy, so why take any artificial sweetener? Also stay away from supplements of any kind except as prescribed by your doctor. Be cautious until after delivery, you only get the one chance at this, and pregnancy isn't 100% safe to begin with.
