Sinusitis: That usually means sinusitis/inflammation in the sinuses- unless they characterize further on what they mean- like an abnormal growth/mass etc. She may want to try some decongestant, nasal wash, humidifieror etc to help cleanse the nasal/sinuses. Discuss further with her doctor. Antibiotic likely be needed for an acute sinusitis.
