Ganja : Planning right is more important than "will power". Identify triggers and avoiding them, cutting back, starting an exercise program, setting a quit date and important first steps. An underlying anxiety disorder, depression, etc. Should be ruled out. A board certified addiction medicine specialist is recommended if patient and primary doctor can't succeed together at beating the problem.

Meditation, herbs &: People can become emotionally dependent on marijuana and often use it to calm anxiety. Finding other ways to calm yourself can help. I advise regular meditation, exercise, magnesium, b vitamins, herbs like tulsi (holy basil) & ashwagandha & Amino Acids 5-htp and l-theanine.
