Small but not 0: You have a very small risk of HIV only if the previous wearer had HIV and contaminated the earrings. This is highly unlikely but not impossible. See your doctor and discuss getting tested, but only after some weeks as early on a negative test isn't accurate. If he/she thinks your risk is serious you can be treated to try and prevent infection now.
