Exceedingly rare: Statistically less than 7% of breast cancers occur in women under age 40. Only about 0.6% of breast cancer occurs under age 30. There is less than one in a million chance for children of this age to get breast cancer, but rare things can happen rarely. See this news source: http://abcnews.Go.Com/m/story?Id=8782697.
