Multiple options.: If a tooth is severely damaged, without nerve damage, crowns, or fillings usually are common options. Veneers can be done with less extensive damage. Reshaping does not restore the full contour and shape of the damage and may not be available. See your dentist for options.

Maybe: You will have to decide how important what your tooth likes is to you. Ask your dentist for your options.

See dentist: This is a hard question to answer without seeing it; however is there is dentin exposure, then you need some sort of restoration to cover and protect the dentin to reduce potential bacterial migration into the nerve of the tooth, which could lead to nerve death and the need for a root canal. See a dentist to get his opinion on what your tooth needs.
