Probably.: Sorry to hear about your injuries. Best to be seen by a hand surgeon for good advise but based on your description it is very likely that surgery will be necessary, at least for the ruptured tendon. Best wishes.

You need: To be evaluated properly! a ruptured tendo is something you want to be repair otherwise you will lose function.
