How does one go about finding a psychiatrist that wants to help you......rather than not help in making a rediagnosis of a wrong kind?

Keep trying: There are good psychiatrists and not so good psychiatrists just like car mechanics. Unfortunately not all psychiatrists see it this way, but i see myselff as a consultant to help you achieve the best mental health for you. Diagnosis in psychiatry is more of an art than a science, but you need a diagnosis as a focal point to find the best therapeutic modalities. We are out there, so keep trying.
