Really nothing: Hepatitis b carrier means low or no virus in the blood and persistent normal liver enzymes. Depending on your age you may probably need liver biopsy. If significant damage, medication can help you. The standard treatment is oral tablet. There are strong medications which can suppress the virus pretty quickly. This will prevent liver failure and liver cancer.
