Diet and exercise: Wait until after you've finished breastfeeding, if you are. Then return to balanced restricted diet and increasing exercise -- the same as any other time in your life. You will also lose some just because you're no longer pregnant or nursing. You can do it, talk w/a good registered dietitian.
