Many problems.: I am assuming liver showed slightly inflammed either on ultrasound/ct/mri. If this the case, first you should be check your blood tests, which include liver function tests, tests to check for viral hepatitis and various other type of liver diseases. It could be also due to fatty liver disease or chronic alcohol abuse.
