Ever have it eval ?: The normal approach I have to dysfluencies in speech is to have a speech pathologist do a full oro-pharyngeal assessment. The speech pathologist is trained to assess your oral structures & the mobility of your tongue. If you are capable of doing all the basic tongue functions for speech, an ENT visit is un-necessary & the speech pathologist can train you to produce the problem sounds.

Speech therapist: Unless you have some anatomic abnormalities, better to go see a speech therapist for a lisp, rather than ent. If you have a surgical condition, then ENT is perfect. But speaking w/lisp is not usually considered surgical unless you have anatomic issues. So go see speech therapist instead.
