U got arthritis: Arthritis is a generic term for inflammation in the joint--rheumatoid arthritis=autoimmune disease where the body attacks its own joints. Septic arthritis = infection. Denegerative arthritis=wear & tear etc...Your xray probably looks like the one here. If you have much pain, follow-up with doc for meds, pt, and/or injections etc...Appropriate regular exercises can help. Consult doc. Good luck.
