Yes: Call your ob. With the severe reflux, you may have erosive esophagitis. With the vomiting, you can develop a tear in the esophagus. Either way, you need to be checked so please get in touch with your doc or head to the er so they can do some testing to protect you and the baby.

Blood in vomit: Please let your obstetrician know. Sometimes blood in vomit may be due to tissues becoming raw but more concerns causes should be ruled out.
