Diseases like chylmydia are often silent? Consult physician or urologist. Who ordered semen analysis and why. Really need include details.

No - shouldn't be: Varicoceles shouldn't bring about inflammatory response in semen. The collection of blood vessels (like a bag of worms) might warm up the testes a bit making it more difficult to conceive which is why urologists will removed varicoceles in those men trying to conceive w/o success. But cause inflammation or infection? No.
