Is it Puss or Pus: Varicocoeles varicose veins in scrotum. Vernacular puss would be cells from lady. Presence pus cells indicate inflammation or infection, probably prostatic. Diseases like chylmydia are often silent? Consult physician or urologist. Who ordered semen analysis and why. Really need include details.

No - shouldn't be: Varicoceles shouldn't bring about inflammatory response in semen. The collection of blood vessels (like a bag of worms) might warm up the testes a bit making it more difficult to conceive which is why urologists will removed varicoceles in those men trying to conceive w/o success. But cause inflammation or infection? No.
