WBC's in semen: A few wbc's r not uncommon in semen; higher numbers (> 1 million per ml) suggest infection/std such as chlamydia & can affect fertility. Discuss results with fertility specialist.

OK: That's probably fine. Low levels of white blood cells are normal.
