Possibly infection..: Puss (an infiltrate of acute inflammatory cells) in semen may be present secondary to an infection in the male genital tract (examples of causes could be prostatitis or urethritis). It would be good to be examined by a primary care physician and possibly to have cultures performed and/or additional lab work up for genital infections. Hope that this helps.
