Need more info: Unfortunately, you did not list the sperm count which is important. The motility seems good, and liquifaction is normal. 1. the number of pus cells may suggest prostatits, about which you should consult your urologist, who could also discuss other causes of failure to get pregnant 2. if the count is above 15 million, you would be in the normal range. 3. your wife should be evaluaetd as well
