Tear Duct Cysts: A blocked tear duct from a sty or chalazion can be helped by applying warm compress 4 times a day. If the tear duct is blocked by something else, you will have to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist to, get it evaluated. Any such blockage can result in headaches.
