Yes, it could.: Cysts in a sinus can be developmental(you wqere born with it) or as a result of sinus infections(more common). If they are small you can generally just watch them.

Yes: Sinus cysts can be removed surgicall--suggest you see an ENT specialist to evaluate and treat.
