Tension Headaches : It sounds like you are having a common but annoying tension headache. Read about it and other common forms of headache: http://www.Nlm.Nih.Gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003024.Htm. Short term use of tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin may ease the symptoms, but relieving the tension in your life is the better approach to a long term solution.
