Get checked: You're either not emptying or it's filling up. Not too worrisome but if it bothers you get checked out.

Need post void cath: If you are not completely emptying you are at increased risk for recurrent uti's. To check for this, you need a catheter (drain) placed in your bladder after you void. If you have more than 50cc's you should see a urologist.
