Not typically.: It is unusual to have pain on the left side for symptomatic gallstones. Pain is typically on the right side. If you have a gallstone in the neck of the gallbladder you are prone to acute cholecystitis which can become a surgical emergency. If you have most of you're pain after a fatty meal i would set up an appt. With a surgeon.

Not GB: It is probably not the gallbladder. Gallbladder pain is usually right upper quadrant but can also be the right back, epigastric area and even the chest. You would need an ultrasound to re-evaluate the gallbladder. You will also need to be evaluated for the left sided pains.
