Different people: Our bodies don't read textbooks; we know of the usual presentation for diseases, but it doesn't mean our bodies will exactly manifest every aspect. That being said, being 33 years old it is unlikely for you to have chickenpox unless you weren't exposed at all as a child; was this diagnosed by a doctor?
