Yes: Anxiety is often a sign of depression. It may go away without medicine, but you should at least talk about it with someone you trust. It could be a family doctor, a psychologist, a religious person (priest, nun, minister, ) or a good friend. If it is disabling you, see a health care professional. The first line of treatment is usually an antidepressant.
