Frozen upper arm: Do you mean frozen shoulder? If nsaids aren't helping, i like my patients to do physical therapy to help restore range of motion. Steroid joint injections can also be beneficial. Finally, surgery is sometimes used to remover scar tissue and adhesions. Best of luck to you!
